Booking an appointment
- Contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or e-mail with the patient name and the type of care needed: an office consultation, a home visit, or hospital follow-up.
- First consultations may last up to one and a half hours, as they require a detailed review of the patient history. Follow-up consultations usually last up to one hour.
- Cancellations should be made as far in advance as possible so the slot can be offered to another patient. Rescheduling depends on physician availability.
- Urgent cases are assessed individually, taking the clinical situation and the patient need into account.
Facilities and access
- The clinic is accessible to wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility: access ramp, lift, and accessible restroom.
- The nearest car park is about 100 metres away, in the Touch building. Rates should be checked on site.
- Electrocardiograms (ECG) are performed on site, with a medical report.
