## Who provides care

Dr. Raphael Gracindo is a general practitioner and geriatrician (CRM 52 84113-7, RQE 18226 in internal medicine, RQE 19480 in geriatrics). He earned his medical degree from UFRJ in 2007, completed his residency in internal medicine at UFRJ (2008–2010) and a specialisation in geriatrics at PUC-RJ (2009–2010). He holds the specialist title from the Brazilian Society of Geriatrics and Gerontology (SBGG/AMB, 2012) and a master's degree in clinical research from Fiocruz (2021–2023). He works as primary attending physician, family reference physician, and hospital care coordinator.
